Catherine Roebuck is the Web Developer for the City of Meridian, Idaho, where her major project is migrating the City’s website from a traditional CMS to Jekyll. She completed a BS in Computer Information Technology in 2016, interning as the front-end developer and user experience strategist for a data management web application at Idaho National Laboratory during her junior and senior years. In her free time, Catherine climbs rocks and mountains, listens to audiobooks, and dabbles in photography.

Brian Chatman is a web developer based in Atlanta, Georgia. Brian has worked in web for 11 years with the City of Fort Worth, Texas, first managing content with the roll out of the city’s first CMS-driven website, and then working as the lone web designer/developer to make the full city site mobile responsive and, later, to roll out a fully Jekyll-based website and visual redesign. He now works as a developer with The Starr Conspiracy, a strategic marketing and advertising agency.
